    1. Product Definitions

    X-Ray High-Voltage Cable Socket

Insert installed on the high-voltage generator and X-ray tube assembly for high-voltage connection.

    X-Ray High-Voltage Cable Plug

A plug-in unit assembled with high-voltage cables for connecting the high-voltage generator and X-ray tube components. The Connector and cable connection method can be straight or bent.

    2. CA1 Type High-Voltage Socket Product Overview

This high-voltage cable socket is designed specifically for X-ray machines, used to connect high-voltage cable plugs, achieve the transmission of high-voltage power and the normal operation of equipment, ensuring stable and reliable operation in high voltage and high current working environments.

    3. Product Structure

Insert installed on the high-voltage generator and X-ray tube assembly for high-voltage connection.

    Accessory: pressure ring, flat mat

    4. Installation & Operation Steps

    1. Preparation: Before installing and using the high-voltage socket, ensure that the X-ray machine is powered off, and check the cleanliness and dryness of the socket and surrounding environment to avoid debris and moisture affecting electrical connections and safety.
    2. Inserting the plug: Align the pins of the high-voltage cable plug with the terminal of the socket, slowly insert, and pay attention to the orientation of the pins corresponding to the wedge-shaped groove of the socket. During the insertion process, do not forcefully twist the plug to avoid damaging the pins. After being plugged in tightly, the pins should be in close contact with the terminals of the socket.
    3. Fixed plug: After inserting the plug, use a fixing ring or other fixing device to secure the plug to the socket to prevent the plug from loosening or falling off during equipment operation.
    4. Apply insulation material: Apply a layer of dehydrated Vaseline or silicone grease evenly on the surface of the high-voltage plug, and then insert it into the high-voltage socket to improve insulation performance and reduce the risk of high-voltage discharge.

    5. Safety Notes

    1. Installation requirements: High voltage sockets should be installed in a dry, well ventilated location, away from flammable, explosive, and corrosive substances. During installation, it should be ensured that the socket is firmly fixed and the terminal is tightly connected to avoid looseness and poor contact.
    2. Insertion and unplugging operation: When inserting and unplugging high-voltage plugs, it must be done with the power off and strictly follow the operating procedures to avoid accidental operation that may cause electric shock or equipment damage.
    3. Regular inspection: Regularly inspect the appearance, terminals, and insulation performance of high-voltage sockets. If any damage, looseness, or insulation degradation is found, it should be replaced or repaired in a timely manner to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
