Our NKG-32R/220AC 32kW X-Ray Generator is a high-power, high-stability core power supply device designed for professional medical X-ray radiography systems, compatible with stationary X-ray machines, mobile radiography equipment and multi-functional diagnostic radiology systems.
This X-ray generator adopts full touch keyboard operation and supports one-click fully automatic parameter correction, greatly simplifying daily equipment calibration and maintenance work for medical institutions. It features a stable 40kHz high-frequency output design, delivering outstanding precision control of tube voltage and tube current to meet high-standard clinical diagnostic imaging requirements.
Three standard exposure modes including kV-mA-ms, kV-mAs and APR are integrated for flexible clinical operations. It covers an extended tube voltage range of 40-150kV and adjustable tube current from 50mA to 320mA, paired with a wide exposure time window of 2-5000ms and mAs range of 1-250mAs. The device can store up to 2400 groups of APR preset exposure data, enabling fast one-click shooting for different body parts and improving hospital examination efficiency.
Equipped with a 450VDC 264mF energy storage module, this unit ensures stable continuous exposure performance: the exposure waiting interval is 15 seconds for exposures below 100mAs and 30 seconds for exposures above 100mAs under 80kV test conditions. Dual auxiliary power outputs of 24VDC 2A and 220VAC 5A are reserved to supply power to matched radiology auxiliary accessories.
Multiple optional configurations are available for customized system integration. It supports AEC automatic exposure control with density adjustment from -3 to +3 and matched -15/+15V power supply. The RS-232 communication interface allows seamless connection with medical imaging workstations and control systems. All types of functional interfaces can be customized to satisfy special requirements from different customers and medical equipment projects.
This 32kW high voltage X-ray generator uses 220VAC single-phase power supply as standard configuration, while 380V three-phase power supply is offered as an optional upgrade to adapt to diverse power supply environments of hospitals and clinics across the globe.
