Our NKG-20R/220AC 20kW X-Ray Generator is a high-performance power supply core device for X-ray imaging systems, compatible with multiple X-ray machine types including fixed X-ray machines, mobile X-ray equipment and portable radiography systems.
Equipped with a full touch keyboard, this x-ray generator supports one-click fully automatic parameter correction to simplify daily calibration work for hospital and medical imaging laboratories. It delivers stable 40kHz high-frequency output with precise tube voltage and tube current control, meeting strict clinical exposure accuracy requirements.
Supporting multiple exposure modes (kV-mA-ms, kV-mAs, APR), the unit covers a wide tube voltage range of 40-125kV and adjustable tube current from 50mA to 200mA. It stores up to 2400 groups of APR preset data to speed up routine radiography operations for different body parts.
The built-in 450VDC 264mF energy storage module ensures reliable short-interval continuous exposure: 15-second interval for exposure below 100mAs and 30-second interval for exposure above 100mAs under 80kV test condition. It provides dual auxiliary power outputs (24VDC 2A and 220VAC 5A) to drive matching radiographic accessories.
For extended integration demands, optional configurations include AEC density control from -3 to +3 with dedicated -15/+15V power supply, RS-232 communication interface for system interconnection, and full customized functional interfaces to match unique medical equipment project requirements.
This 20kW X-ray high voltage generator accepts 220VAC single-phase power as standard, with 380V three-phase power supply available as an optional upgrade to adapt to different hospital power environments worldwide.
