X-ray machine exposure hand switch first and second gear

Recently, a customer inquired about the first and second gears of the X-ray machine exposure handbrake. Let me explain to you the X-ray machine exposure handbrake.
There is only a pair of normally open switches inside the X-ray exposure handbrake of the first gear, which controls the opening and closing of a circuit, so as to control the high-voltage circuit of the X-ray machine. When the button is pressed, the gear will sink to drive the The contacts are in contact to close the circuit, and the high-voltage circuit of the X-ray is energized to generate high voltage to generate X-rays. When the button position of the handbrake is released, the button position rises, so that the contacts are disconnected and the circuit is disconnected. No high voltage supply is generated so that X-rays are no longer generated.
The double-speed X-ray exposure hand switch is equipped with two pairs of normally open switches with different stroke control circuits. The contacts of the normally open switches control the two circuits respectively. The circuit is turned on, so that the X-ray machine is in the pre-exposure state. This state can be canceled. Release the first button cap to cancel and start the cancellation process. No X-rays are generated. The contact of the normally open switch controlled by the second gear button position controls the high voltage generating circuit of the X-ray machine to close to generate X-rays. After releasing, all the above circuits are cut off and the machine returns to the unexposed state.
X-ray exposure hand brake configuration: 3 cores 3 meters or 4 cores 3 meters, 6m, 10m can be selected according to needs. (3 meters refers to a 30-centimeter spring line made of a 3-meter straight line).
Seeing here, everyone has a deeper understanding of Sinovel’s X-ray exposure handbrake. If you need to customize, please call our company to purchase!
