What are the common faults of bedside X-ray machines?

Bedside X-ray machines are widely used in orthopedics and intensive care units due to their flexibility and convenience, but sometimes some malfunctions occur that affect their use. After long-term use and maintenance, we have summarized some maintenance methods, which are briefly described as follows:

Bedside X-ray machines

Fault one

Problem: Power failure

Fault two

Phenomenon: Unable to take pictures. Analysis and repair: This type of fault is mostly caused by exposure of the handbrake. If you have a remote handbrake, you should check whether the battery is sufficient and whether the distance between the remote control and the host is too large or there are obstacles. The mechanical hand brake should consider whether the contacts are in good contact.

Fault three

Symptom of the problem: Immediately after turning on the X-ray machine, it is exposed and causes the fuse to burn out. Analysis and repair method: First disconnect the high-voltage output cable, and then replace the fuse with a new one. Turn on the power again and listen for the sound of the relay closing. If there is a closing sound, it is likely that the handbrake contact is not disconnected; if there is no closing sound, it may be that the exposure relay contact is stuck. At this time, you can use fine sandpaper to polish the contact points to solve the fault.
