Table dimension: length 2020mm × width 725mm, table height reaches 680mm with a 10mm-thick table board. The table surface adopts electromagnetic lock with pedal release control. Vertically, it can move forward 130mm and backward 90mm, while the horizontal moving range is ±370mm. The internal Bucky has a movement range of 470mm, supporting multiple cassette sizes including 5″×7″, 8″×10″, 10″×12″, 11″×14″, 12″×15″, 14″×14″, 14″×17″ and 17″×17″. The distance from the table surface to the flat panel detector (FPD) is 85mm.
X Ray Collimator
The collimator achieves a maximum irradiation field of 440 mm × 440 mm at SID (FFD) = 1000 mm, and the minimum irradiation field can reach 0×0 mm. It is equipped with 1 mm·Al inherent filter under 75 kVp, and supports additional filters of 1 mm·Al and 2 mm·Al. This manual collimator operates under 24 V AC/DC, rated power 150 W. The average brightness of the light field exceeds 160lux with contrast higher than 4:1. It adopts a 24V/150W bulb, and the single continuous lighting time of the field light is limited to 30 seconds. The distance between focus and installation surface is 60mm and can be adjusted on demand.
High Voltage Generator & Radiography Parameters
The high voltage generator supports input voltage of 380V/220V±10%, frequency 50 HZ ± 1HZ, and circuit resistance ≤0.3 Ω.
For radiography parameters, the tube voltage ranges from 40~150kV with 1KV adjustable stepping. The tube current covers 50 – 320mA and 10~640mA with accuracy ≤±10%. Exposure time options include 2-5000ms and 1-10000ms. The mAs range covers 1-250mAs and 0.1-640mAs, and mAs testing accuracy reaches ±5%+0.2 mAs. It can store up to 2400 groups of APR data. Auxiliary output power includes 24VAC 2A, 220VAC 5A, 24VDC 300mA.
Digital Flat Panel Detector
The digital flat panel detector adopts amorphous silicon (a-Si) technology with Cesium Iodide (CsI) scintillator. Its effective imaging area is 17×17 inch (430 × 430 mm), equipped with a 3072 × 3072 pixel matrix and 139μm pixel pitch. It features 16-bit A/D conversion and delivers spatial resolution up to 3.6 LP/mm.
